Black Sheep Cinema does purchase used DVD’s, but all used DVD’s must meet the following requirements. (1) The Product must arrive to us in working order. (2) The disc must be Region #1 or Region free. (3) All products must be the originals (no duplicated, pirated, or altered copies.) (4) The disc must be a legit DVD. DIVX discs or similar products will not be accepted. (5) The disc surface must be free of any prominent scuffs, scratches or cracks. (6) The case and cover art must be in usable condition, badly damaged or mutilated items will not be accepted. (7) Rental or sampler (demo) discs will not be accepted. (8) The DVD should include all original material that came with the disk (booklets etc.) (9) We will not accept promotional products marked “Not for Sale or Resale.”
Q: What happens if I send you an item that does not meet ALL of these requirements?
A: Black Sheep Cinema only purchases DVD’s that fall within our above guidelines. If you choose to send us products that do not meet our requirements you can either have the item returned to you at a cost of $1.25 per returned DVD, or you can instruct us to destroy the particular item in question. Should you choose to have the item returned to you, the $1.25 return fee will be deducted from any potential monies that you have earned from qualifying DVD’s that you have sent us. Should you have no qualifying DVD’s, then the return fee will need to be paid before the items will be returned. After 15 days of non-payment the items will be destroyed.
Q: How do I know if Black Sheep Cinema wants to purchase a DVD that I have?
A: If you are interested in selling us your quality used DVD’s please contact us and let us know the titles that you are looking to sell, as well as the condition of each DVD. Please include as much info as possible about the DVD (widescreen/fullscreen, number of disks, special editions etc.)
Q: Can I sell multiple copies of a DVD?
A: Yes, we will normally accept multiple copies of DVD’s.
Q: How much will you pay me for my good condition DVD?
A: That all depends on the availability of the DVD, our current stock, and the public demand for that particular movie. Please contact us with your list and we will let you know if it is something we are interested in.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: You must have an active Pay Pal account to be paid for your movies from Black Sheep Cinema.
Q: What address do I send the DVD’s to?
A: Use our contact form and let us know what titles you have, if we decide we are in need of what you are offering we will supply you with all of the necessary information.
Q: Once you receive my items, how long will it take for me to get my payment?
A: It depends on if the payment information you have supplied is correct and when we receive your shipment. Usually payments are processed five to seven business days after receiving and inspecting your items.
Q: Will I still be compensated if I ship my package but it never reaches you?
A: No. We are not responsible for lost shipments. If your shipment does not reach us, for any reason, we will not compensate you in any way. We always recommend insuring your shipment.
Q: Will I still be compensated if you receive my package but the contents were damaged in transit?
A: No. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. Even though you may have shipped the product in "good" condition, if it arrives damaged you will not receive credit for it. Please take extra care in packaging your DVD's and always insure your shipment.
